From 12:00 AM (midnight) to 8:00 AM, absolute silence must be observed.

● From 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, vehicle circulation inside the campsite is not allowed. If you arrive or wish to leave during this time, you must park your vehicle in the exterior parking lot and move within the campsite on foot and in silence.

● During the day, to guarantee the tranquility and rest of all guests, we kindly ask that you avoid shouting and minimize the volume of music and television.

● The maximum number of people per pitch is six, including children. The entry of non-campers is not allowed, and visitor services are not offered. Any special circumstances should be checked with reception in advance.

● Dogs must always be kept on a leash, accompanied, and not allowed to relieve themselves inside the campsite. The entry and stay of dangerous dog breeds are not permitted. Dogs are NOT allowed to relieve themselves within the campsite. They should be walked exclusively along the paths, and never through the pitches. Pets are not allowed in the pool or in the service buildings.

● We kindly ask for the utmost respect and care for plants, trees, toilets, laundry facilities, and common areas. No sharp objects should be driven into the trees, nor should you dig trenches or disturb the soil.

● The pool is open during the summer season, and the use of a swim cap is mandatory.

● Trash must be placed in closed bags inside the bins located at the entrance to the campsite.

● The water in the campsite is potable. The fountains are exclusively for collecting water, not for washing or cleaning.

● Making a fire on the ground is prohibited. Raised barbecues are allowed, provided that neighbors are respected to the fullest. By registering at the campsite, you accept and agree to comply with these rules.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION.

Opening Hours:

● Reception: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Outside these hours, assistance is available at the bar).

● Bar: 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM

● Pool: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

● Night Closure: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (If you wish to leave before 8:00 AM, please notify us in advance or leave your car outside).

Cancellation policy:

-Low Season: Cancellations can be made up to 7 days in advance for a 100% refund. After this period, only 70% of the amount will be refunded.

-High Season: A 100% refund is only available if the reservation is canceled at least 15 days in advance. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
